HUNMANBY CARNIVAL 06 AUGUST 2001

What is it about the ~~Second~~ First Saturday in August. Again as in previous years the Carnival attracted the sort of autumnal weather that is now part and parcel of Hunmanby's biggest street party of the year. Despite the inclement weather the dedicated band of Organizers, Float Designers and "Floatateers" produced for Hunmanby a parade that we can all be proud of. Unlike the other Carnival down south we don't qualify for large government handouts, money raised during the Carnival goes to charity.
